Financial institution Neo Commerce (BNC), an Indonesian digital financial institution, has named Eri Budiono as its new Chief Government Officer (CEO) in a strategic management reshuffle, in keeping with Tech in Asia.
The appointment was confirmed in the course of the firm’s normal shareholders assembly, following the resignation of former CEO Tjandra Gunawan in June 2023.
Eri Budiono brings a wealth of expertise from his earlier roles, together with Head of Business Banking at HSBC and World Banking Director at Maybank Indonesia.
Previous to this appointment at BNC, Budiono was on the helm of TerraThrive, a Jakarta-based greentech firm, as its CEO.
Along with Budiono’s appointment, BNC introduced Kreisna Dewantara Gozali as the brand new commissioner. Gozali is at the moment the CEO of Gozco, an Indonesian plantation agency.
Each appointments are pending approval from the Monetary Companies Authority after a compulsory fit-and-proper take a look at.
