Federated Hermes’ Karen Sands named as Corvus Group NED

Corvus Group, the start-up fund administrator, has appointed Federated Hermes’ Karen Sands as a non-executive director.

Sands (pictured) is the chief working officer of Federated Hermes’ personal fairness enterprise.

Corvus Group stated she brings a wealth of fund operations and accounting expertise to the agency, advising the board on issues of company technique, governance and the optimisation of techniques and processes to maximise shopper supply by way of the supply of a high quality service.
