Ant Worldwide has acquired Amsterdam-based fee service supplier MultiSafepay, integrating it into its Antom division, a fee and digitisation companies supplier. The monetary particulars of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition goals to reinforce fee options and digital companies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Europe.
MultiSafepay will now supply omnichannel fee companies that join over 40 worldwide fee strategies, together with playing cards, e-wallets, and Purchase-Now, Pay-Later choices.
