Personal credit score and actual property supervisor Arrow World has expanded into Germany with the acquisition of Interboden.
Interboden, an actual property improvement agency, was purchased by Arrow World’s German subsidiary, for an undisclosed quantity. Based in 1950, Interboden presently manages tasks with a gross improvement worth over €500m (£426m).
As a part of the deal all the workers and associated servicing contracts throughout the agency’s workplaces in Dusseldorf, Berlin and Leverkusen will transfer over to Arrow World Germany.

Bernhard H. Hansen, beforehand chief government of Vivico RE and head of development on the European House Company, has been appointed as interim chief government. Two shareholders of the corporate, Dr. Thomas and Reiner Götzen will likely be leaving to hunt new alternatives.
The deal comes after Interboden filed for insolvency in February 2024.
